چکیده

The Han nationality is an ancient and populous people, different places in China may have their distinct group relationships. Luzhou area, as a crossroads of several provinces Southwest China, lacks autosomal short tandem repeat (STR) research population genetics research. In this study, 21 STR loci were evaluated 1959 Han-Chinese individuals from area. There was no substantial linkage disequilibrium (LD) among the markers, all markers Hardy–Weinberg equilibrium (HWE). total discrimination power (TDP) cumulative probability exclusion (CPE) calculated to be 1–9.8505 × 10−16 1–1.9406 10−9, respectively. 333 alleles for STRs with allelic frequencies ranging 0.00026 0.51302, number ranged 7 locus TPOX 29 Penta E. According results comparison differentiation, historical influences, geographical distribution, cultural integration, economic development impact on other Chinese populations. These found enrich information forensic databases provide highly informative polymorphisms our practice including personal identification parentage testing.

Genetic analysis of STR markers on chromosome 21 in a Han population from southeast China.

Short tandem repeats (STRs) are highly polymorphic sequences and have been extensively used as genetic markers in mapping studies, disease diagnosis, and human identity testing. In this study, 11 STR markers on chromosome 21, including D21S1432, D21S11, D21S1246, D21S1412, D21S1437, D21S1442, D21S2039, D21S1270, D21S1435, D21S1409, and D21S1446, were analyzed in 740 unrelated Han individuals fr...

Genetic Variability and Phylogenetic Analysis of Han Population from Guanzhong Region of China based on 21 non-CODIS STR Loci

In the present study, we presented the population genetic data and their forensic parameters of 21 non-CODIS autosomal STR loci in Chinese Guanzhong Han population. A total of 166 alleles were observed with corresponding allelic frequencies ranging from 0.0018 to 0.5564. No STR locus was observed to deviate from the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium and linkage disequilibriums after applying Bonferron...

Genetic Variation of Informative Short Tandem Repeat (STR) Loci in an Iranian Population

In the present study, genotyping of six short tandem repeat (STR) loci including CSF1PO, D16S539, F13A01, F13B, LPL and HPRTB was performed on genomic DNA from 127 unrelated individuals from the Iranian province of Isfahan. The results indicated that the allele and genotype distributions were in accordance with Hardy-Weinberg expectations. The observed heterozygosity (Ho), expected heterozygosi...
